Full or part time project management position with real estate development consulting firm in Boulder! Trestle Strategy Group is an Owner’s Representation firm that works with private developers, municipalities, and nonprofit organizations on projects such as mixed-use developments, property entitlements, construction management, and space needs assessments. Trestle offers the opportunity to take on real responsibility empowering the right person to grow, learn, and gain experience in the real estate industry.
We are looking for a self-starter who can take a project and run with it. An ideal candidate has great writing, communication, and organizational skills. Marketing knowledge including web, social media, and ability to create graphics is a plus. Applicant will be in client meetings on a regular basis and must have an outgoing but professional demeanor. Bachelor’s degree required and a focus is real estate, planning, or communications is desirable. We need someone who is ready to join our small team and get things done!
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
General assistance on projects through research, note taking, agenda creation, and application filing
Writing memos and creating presentation for client updates
Writing and design assistance for proposals and business development efforts
Project coordination and meeting scheduling
Creating marketing material and assisting with other networking and outreach initiatives
Location: Downtown Boulder
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Full time preferred
Pay: $40,000-50,000, commensurate with experience
